Congratulations to Mrs. Myers, Beaver Dam Elementary’s AIG Teacher of 3-5 grade students.  Mrs. Myers recently received a grant from the Bright Ideas Education to purchase 4  sets of books for 4th and 5th grade students.  Students are getting to read these books together and then they are recreating the characters using a variety of items.  Next students will use pizza boxes as green screens and will video a favorite part of the books they liked or they will recreate a chapter of the book.  After the projects are complete these books will stay in the Media Center so that other grade levels can use them as well.
